The top of my head is still noticeably active. I find myself continuing and looking forward to connecting to the divine energy through the top of my head. I start and end each day kneeling comfortably on a rug in front of my altar with my hands resting on my lap, palms up. I sit and feel the energy come into me and fill my hands. It feels wonderful.<br /><br />I found an old journal where I had written my daily routine in 2001, 6 years ago. I was looking for peace through strict routines of tai chi/energy training exercises. I never found it. <br /><br />Since then I have had major healings and clearings... and perhaps I have worked up to this point, but now there is no struggle for the peacefulness. Did I just learn to receive? Did I believe before it was so difficult to achieve? It is a wonderful gift and more than I ever imagined from the reiki master class. I can understand why people want to share this. It kinda reminds me of the story of how Buddha found enlightment sitting under a tree. He just sat and received. <br /><br />I have another class in October from a different reiki master, but will again receive another attunement. This master is from Australia and went to Japan to study from the school of the founder. He has a very different approach, but it makes sense to me. So I would like to experience his teaching. I have been told his teaching is less fear based, than what I have experienced from people with backgrounds in shamanism. <br /><br />Another amazing event, the financial markets have stalled, so now I have lots of free time at work. Today, I brought in my lap top and have been writing here and there. It feels wonderful, and I am so grateful for the time to write.
